Administrative Clerk

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist technicians with coding of work orders
- Properly use billing system (ICOMS) to assess status and validity of work orders and invoicing.
-Using various reports and records, assist with invoicing customers.
-Assist with time card and log sheets calculations
-Assist with reverse invoicing and piece rate calculations for technicians.
- Gather and interpret background information using various systems for hiring purposes.
- Maintain documents and records for departmental management.
-Filing of payroll, personnel and accounts payable records
- Communicate new policies and procedures to employees and sub-contractors.
- Point of contact for communication with contractors and employees.
- Help, assist and prepare daily reports to meet managerial needs.
- Assist management with special projects as assigned.
- Coordinate effectively with other departments as needed and document activities.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in Telecommunications or Cable/Phone industries.
Ability to work with multiple projects, meet deadlines and prioritize work. 
Organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. 
Able to communicate effectively and confidently with other departments (written and oral).
Ability to work overtime and flexible schedule as needed
