ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -Assist technicians with coding of work orders - Properly use billing system (ICOMS) to assess status and validity of work orders and invoicing. -Using various reports and records, assist with invoicing customers. -Assist with time card and log sheets calculations -Assist with reverse invoicing and piece rate calculations for technicians. - Gather and interpret background information using various systems for hiring purposes. - Maintain documents and records for departmental management. -Filing of payroll, personnel and accounts payable records - Communicate new policies and procedures to employees and sub-contractors. - Point of contact for communication with contractors and employees. - Help, assist and prepare daily reports to meet managerial needs. - Assist management with special projects as assigned. - Coordinate effectively with other departments as needed and document activities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience in Telecommunications or Cable/Phone industries. Ability to work with multiple projects, meet deadlines and prioritize work. Organized, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. Able to communicate effectively and confidently with other departments (written and oral). Ability to work overtime and flexible schedule as needed Reliability is a MUST our paragraph here.
